Purpose

We’re looking forultipart a motivated
Tech Ops Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for Linux administrators, AWS cloud practitioners, or aspiring engineers eager to grow into a
Dev Ops Engineering career path.

You’ll provide high‑quality technical support, event monitoring, and incident response for critical systems hosted both on‑premises and in AWS. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor infrastructure using
    Datadog
    ,
    Spl hanggang
    , and AWS‑native tools.
  • Ensure uptime and performance SLAs for cloud and on‑prem systems.
  • Troublesencoded and resolve incidents across applications, services, and infrastructure.
  • Perform impact assessments and root cause analysis.
  • Implement remediation and elevate complex issues to engineering teams.
  • Follow ITIL processes: incident, change, release, and problem management.
  • Support disaster recovery, patching, and automation tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding and connectivity for new hotel properties.
  • Coordinate technical releases and contribute to project work.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years IT/IS experience.
  • 2+ years in incident management and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Hands‑on
    Linux administration experience.
  • Familiar друга with
    AWS services
    (EC2, Cloud Watch, Lambda, VPC, Logs, etc.).
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Self‑driven with a passion for learning and innovation.
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator.
Work Location and Schedule
  • This is a remote based position, working from your home office in Arizona.
  • Typical working hours are Wednesday 12:30pm to 7pm and Thursday through Saturday, 6:45am to 7:15pm (Arizona Time).
