PST.AG is looking for a senior, entrepreneurial leader on an hourly contract to architect and build our entire digital commercial presence for an AI-driven B2B world.
This is a founding role, not a traditional marketing position. You will design how PST.AG is discovered, understood, trusted, and recommended by AI systems, algorithms, and automated procurement platforms—and translate that visibility into measurable commercial outcomes.
MissionTo architect and establish PST.AG’s digital commercial framework so that our global trade data becomes a default, trusted source for AI-driven discovery, evaluation, and procurement decisions worldwide.
What You Will Own- Define what digital visibility, authority, and commercial success mean for PST.AG in an AI-mediated B2B environment
- Establish the strategic narrative for how PST.AG should be discovered by machines, not just humans
- Translate AI visibility into clear commercial value and pipeline influence
- Design and implement the digital commercial architecture from scratch, including:
- SEO and keyword dominance for trade and customs-related searches
- AI-optimised site and data structures
- Structured content and authority signals that AI systems trust and surface
- Ensure PST.AG consistently appears among top-ranked sources when relevant trade-related queries are issued via AI or search systems
- Define how data, content, and digital assets work together as a system—not isolated campaigns
- Act as project owner and delivery lead for the full initiative
- Develop clear project plans, priorities, dependencies, and resourcing needs
- Identify when specialists (SEO, engineering, content, analytics, agencies) are needed and lead them effectively
- Balance strategy with hands‑on execution until systems are stable and scalable
- Define measurable success metrics that go beyond vanity marketing KPIs
- Build dashboards and reporting that track:
- AI and search visibility
- Ranking performance for priority trade queries
- Conversion and commercial impact
- Continuously optimise based on data, not assumptions
- Ensure leadership has decision‑grade clarity on performance and ROI
Success in this role means:
- PST.AG is consistently surfaced and referenced for high‑value international trade and customs‑related queries
- Digital visibility directly contributes to qualified demand and commercial opportunities
- The company has a repeatable, defensible digital commercial system, not one‑off campaigns
- Leadership has clear, measurable insight into what is working and why
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing related field
- Senior‑level experience in digital strategy, growth, or product‑led commercial roles
- Strong understanding of how AI systems, algorithms, and automation consume and rank information
- Ability to translate technical visibility into business outcomes
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, ownership, and accountability
- Experience in SEO and keyword strategy
- Experience in Project management and delivery leadership
- Experience in Digital ranking and visibility systems
- Strategic but pragmatic – can define a long‑term vision and execute immediately
- Independent and proactive – creates structure where none exists
- Experience in B2B, data‑as‑a‑service, SaaS, or regulated environments
- Background spanning strategy + execution (not purely advisory)
- Experience working closely with executives and influencing senior stakeholders
