Role Description

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with strong experience in A&D / Manufacturing processes. The role involves implementing Twenty5 and supporting ERP and CRM functions for our Client. SAP experience is a strong plus, but core domain expertise is required. This position is client facing and requires strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Remote position.
Salary
: up to $180k/yr.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support SAP ERP and CRM processes including configuration, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure process alignment
• Lead SIT and UAT activities and manage issue resolution
• Provide day‑to‑day functional support and create process documentation
• Hands‑on configuration in iPE/Twenty5 application
• Write SQL queries/scripts when needed
• Guide the technical team by providing first hand details from web console
• Work on integration items, reporting and data mapping

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and develop insights for process optimization
• Two to five years of functional consulting experience
• Background in Manufacturing and A&D
• Hands‑on experience with SAP systems (ECC or S/4) or CRM systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, client interaction, and cross‑functional team collaboration
• Analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with business process improvement, including mapping and redesign
• Knowledge in-sided consulting and the ability to guide clients towards effective solutions
