- Design, build, and manage dashboards that provide actionable insights to medical directors, clinical teams, and operational leaders across the organization.
- Partner with Medical Directors and clinical stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of Strive’s clinical models, including quality, utilization, and outcomes metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis to investigate data anomalies, performance trends, clinical variation, and operational variation, delivering clear, data‑backed recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot data pipeline and quality issues, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable reporting Motion.
- Maintain clear, accessible documentation of metrics definitions, data sources, and dashboard logic.

The Senior Data Analyst will work across the organization to support new and ongoing initiatives. This person will join a highly experienced and passionate team and will play a key role in defining the future of the organization. The analyst’s primary focus will be enterprise‑wide and operational performance analytics, including clinical performance and outcomes measurement, developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), building dashboards for executive, operational, and clinical leaders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives with data‑driven insights.
The analyst will work closely with Medical Directors, clinical leadership, Market Stakeholders, and the broader Technology team to develop a robust suite of analytics that supports clinical decision‑making, quality improvement, and value‑based care performanceക്കാര.
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement.
- Located in Denver, or Remote.
- 4+ years’ experience in healthcare data analysis.
