Role OverviewAmpa is seeking a Clinical Success Manager to serve as a strategic, long‑term partner to our clinical clients. This is a senior, client‑facing role responsible for ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and sustained clinical and operational success of Ampa’s TMS system.
The Clinical Success Manager owns the client relationship post‑contract, balancing hands‑on implementation execution with strategic relationship management, clinical expertise, and operational leadership. This role is ideal for someone who can translate clinical knowledge into scalable digital health operations while operating autonomously across multiple client accounts.
The position is East Coast‑based and hybrid, with regular travel to client sites and remote work when not onsite.
Clinical Implementation & Success Leadership- Own the client relationships following contract signature, from implementation to go‑live, early adoption, to steady state independent usage of the Ampa One system.
- Support both remote and onsite deployments, tailoring implementation approaches to each client’s needs.
- Translate clinical workflows into scalable, repeatable implementation processes that support growth.
- Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with clinicians, administrators, and operational leaders.
- Act as aizens advisor to clients, balancing empathy with accountability to drive outcomes.
- Ensure a high‑quality, consistent client experience across complex healthcare environments. < VOAmanaged>
- Manage challenging client dynamics with professionalism, clinical credibility, and composure.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities early and proactively drive resolution.
- Partner cross‑functionally with clinical, technical, product, and commercial teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development, implementation strategy, and process improvements.
- Act as a connective leader across teams, ensuring clinical realities are reflected in operational and technical decisions.
- Contribute to the evolution of Ampa’s clinical success model as the company scales.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a startup or growth‑stage environment.
- Experience:
5+ years in clinical, customer success, implementation, or digital health operations roles. RN or clinical background strongly preferred. - Clinical Expertise:
Ability to translate clinical knowledge into operational and technology‑enabled workflows. - Client Leadership:
Proven success managing senior clinical and administrative stakeholders. - Communication:
Highly polished written and verbal communication; credible with sophisticated clinicians. Execution Mindset: - Tools:
