Currently, we are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to join our team in Poland.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Own the observability stack, including metrics, logging, dashboards, and alerting using Prometheus, Loki, Grafana and Service Now
- Coordinate incident response efforts, assisting with root cause analysis, and drive long‑term corrective strategies.
- Identify reliability risks and create plans to eliminate operational bottlenecks through automation and engineering improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including development, security, architecture, and platform engineering
, to deliver reliable services. - Maintain and manage technical documentation, architecture diagrams.
- Work with the team to create operational runbooks
. - Influence infrastructure and platform roadmap decisions through data, analysis, and best‑practice guidance.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Red Hat Open Shift, Kubernetes
, and containerised application architectures. - Expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud services
, networking, identity, and cloud‑native patterns. - Experience implementing and managing observability platforms using Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana
. - Proven track record improving system availability, performance, and reliability in production environments.
- Strong skills in automation and infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible
, or similar. - Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Go
. - Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Experience with service meshes, such as Istio
- Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices for cloud and container environments.
- Experience in a Dev Ops engineering role.
- Previous SRE experience
- Champion SRE methodologies including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets across teams.
- Experience influencing architectural decisions in large, complex environments.
- Experience leading incident response, post‑mortem reviews, and reliability initiatives.
- Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines for large‑scale applications.
- Individual training budget and exam fees for certain certifications
