Senior Dev Ops Engineer

This role is for a senior, hands‑on Dev Ops engineer supporting cloud‑first infrastructure and automation પ્રક્રებები. The company is located in Reston, VA and will remain 100% remote.

• Lead and contribute to automation initiatives, setting technical direction and best practices
• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code and Compliance as Code across AWS environments
• Build self‑service automation and tooling to reduce operational friction and manual work
• Develop systems that support self‑healing and self‑diagnosing infrastructure
• Automate monitoring, metrics collection, and performance analysis
• Produce clear, technical documentation for both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Balance and execute across multiple concurrent initiatives with minimal supervision

• Strong Linux systems engineering background
• Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting
• Hands‑on experience automating AWS infrastructure using Boto3, AWS CLI, or similar
• Strong Ansible experience for configuration management and orchestration
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Linux systems, analyze logs, and perform root‑cause analysis
• Deep familiarity with AWS services and architectures
• AWS Dev Ops Engineer or Solutions Architect Associate certification preferred
