- Support, create, coordinate, and improve the Sales Onboarding program by managing sessions and content updates
- Oversee new hire training experiences, including content development and scheduling

- Track training milestones and analyze data to assess program effectiveness
- Manage both asynchronous and synchronous training formats to ensure a seamless learning experience
- 1+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage cross-functional team collaborations
- Proven ability to build and scale training programs that drive revenue growth
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for live and asynchronous training formats
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or any Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience with reporting tools such as Sigma, Docebo Reporting, and Salesforce
- Previous experience in sales enablement or instructional design
