What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support, create, coordinate, and improve the Sales Onboarding program by managing sessions and content updates
  • Oversee new hire training experiences, including content development and scheduling
  • Build and execute ongoing training programs to address skill gaps and improve sales performance
  • Track training milestones and analyze data to assess program effectiveness
  • Manage both asynchronous and synchronous training formats to ensure a seamless learning experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 1+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage cross-functional team collaborations
  • Proven ability to build and scale training programs that drive revenue growth
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for live and asynchronous training formats
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or any Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Sigma, Docebo Reporting, and Salesforce
  • Previous experience in sales enablement or instructional design
