• Lead the pre-sales processes for qualified services opportunities, including Intake, Scoping, Service Design, and Contracting phases
• Engage subject matter experts for discovery and requirements gathering to determine service execution
• Develop accurate and detailed statements of work (SOW) and project budgets, while protecting the organization from scope expansion risks
• Revise project scope, timeline, and fees based on client feedback to ensure successful engagements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and services stakeholders within the organization

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• 5-10 years of related experience in information technology or professional services
• Proven experience in writing technical statements of work and sales proposals
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and presentation formats
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities

• Experience with work breakdown structures (WBS) and budgets for professional services engagements
• Background focused on Network or Infrastructure technology
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Experience in a complex matrix organization
• Proven track record of effective collaboration and communication skills
