Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills, industry-recognized certifications, and the flexibility to work in both onsite and remote environments.

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN network infrastructures

• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions

• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability

• Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis

• Implement network security best practices and ensure compliance standards

• Collaborate with IT teams supporting cloud, data center, and enterprise networks

• Prepare network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures

• Provide support during deployments, upgrades, and migrations

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or administration

• Strong knowledge of routing and switching (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP)

• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security concepts

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking technologies

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently

• CCIE or CCNP (or equivalent network certifications)

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Exposure to SD-WAN, network automation, or monitoring tools

• Experience working with geographically distributed teams

• Onsite: Africa-based locations

• Remote: Available for eligible candidates depending on project needs
