Location: New York

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-impact opportunities through data exploration and generate strategic insights to optimize marketing funnel conversion rates
  • Define key marketing metrics and develop scalable reporting systems to monitor pipeline health and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, improve processes, and influence marketing strategies
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product features, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Provide expertise in analyzing customer journey metrics such as ROI, Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and conversion rates
  • Support the development of attribution models to accurately measure marketing channel effectiveness
  • Work with data scientists and analysts across the organization to share best practices and foster a data-centric culture
  • Continuously stay updated on new analytical techniques and tools to improve data analysis capabilities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science supporting marketing functions, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in SQL with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong scripting skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing attribution models across multiple channels including SEO, Paid Search, and Social Media
  • Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests to measure feature impacts and campaign effectiveness
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, or related quantitative discipline
