• surat LAN, multi‑site WAN, and virtualization environments using Cisco, Adtran routers, and HPE switches.
• Configure and troubleshoot Watch Guard & Palo Alto firewalls, SSL VPNs, and remote office VPN tunnels.
• Monitor LAN/WAN performance, troubleshoot application issues, and assist with system administration tasks.
• Lead network upgrades, patch management, and vendor communications for hardware and software.
• Create and update Visio diagrams, network policies, and security standards following best practices.
• Transfer IT staff on network tools and ensure thorough troubleshooting and configuration documentation.
• Participate in after‑hours rotations and travel occasionally to local and regional sites.

• Experience:
  • 3+ years of network management and security, local and wide‑area network infrastructure experience.
  • 5+ years in network infrastructure and vendor interaction is a plus.
• Soft Skills: strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT field.
