The Hatcher Group is seeking a skilled Digital Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience. In this role, you will architect analytics setups, taxonomies, and configurations, conduct in-depth analyses, and provide actionable insights to refine operations and enhance the digital experiences for the Military One Source program.

We’re seeking a skilled and collaborative professional with user and visual experience design skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Expertise in data analysis tools and marketing platforms (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, GA4, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, or similar).
• Expertise in tag management solutions, wlan the development and maintenance of data layers and tagging specifications. Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Adobe Launch) tags is preferred.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar) and cloud/database platforms (Google Big Query, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with Adobe Analysis Workspace preferred.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead analytics and reporting from end‑to‑end and can communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Effective observational, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to take direction, work efficiently with a team, and adhere to tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, and ).
• Must be a US Citizen and fluent English speaker.
