We are seeking an Entry-Level Front-End Web Developer (Remote) based in the MENA region to join our distributed team. This position is well suited to an early-career professional who demonstrates a strong interest in modern front-end development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous technical growth within a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End Development
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly interfaces for healthcare and medical clients
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and well-structured front-end code
- Support the development of landing pages, websites, and digital marketing assets
Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketing specialists, and project managers to ensure accurate and seamless implementation
- Assist with front-end enhancements related to SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance
Performance and Optimization
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
- Ensure consistent responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Adhere to established best practices for accessibility and usability
CMS and Content Management
- Assist in maintaining and updating CMS-based websites, primarily using Word Press
- Implement content updates, page layouts, and templates as required
Quality Assurance
- Identify, document, and resolve front-end defects and UI inconsistencies
- Conduct testing across browsers and devices to ensure functionality and reliability
Continuous Development
- Remain informed of emerging front-end technologies and industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews and actively learn from senior development staff
Professional Experience
- 0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, or personal projects
- Exposure to live websites or production applications is considered an advantage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Technical Competencies
- Proficient knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or comparable technologies is advantageous
- Experience with Word Press or other content management systems preferred
- Basic understanding of SEO-conscious front-end development practices
Tools and Technologies
- Experience using Git or other version control systems
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of performance optimization techniques and cross-browser testing
Professional Skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, accept constructive feedback, and develop professionally
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
- Basic knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
- Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with JavaScript build tools or modern development workflows
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage
