About the team
The Central Operations & Logistics team at Careem is at the heart of scaling and optimizing the operational engine behind our delivery and mobility businesses. Based in Riyadh, this team works cross-functionally with product, markets, and category stakeholders to streamline processes, innovate for scale, and deliver seamless experiences to customers and Captains.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end logistics projects to improve delivery time, reduce costs, and boost operational efficiency.
Partner with product and tech teams to build scalable tools that enhance fleet routing, inventory control, and partner performance.
Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies.
Collaborate with local market teams to localize and deploy central initiatives effectively.
Build business cases and present logistics recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Track key performance indicators, ensure SLA adherence, and escalate risks proactively.
What you'll need
3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or consulting within tech-enabled environments.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects independently.
Exposure to last-mile delivery, fleet operations, or logistics strategy.
Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
