This is a full-time, hybrid Field Services Engineer role, based in Lutterworth, with the flexibility for occasional work from home. Key responsibilities include maintaining and servicing equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional technical support. The role also involves directly interacting with customers to ensure their needs are met and providing high-quality service and technical expertise.

• Maintain and service equipment.

• Proficiency in Field Service operations and Preventive Maintenance.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support.
• Experience in delivering outstanding Customer Service.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Relevant technical certification or qualification is preferred.
• Experience in the material handling equipment (MHE) industry is a plus.
