Our client is an established global Fin Tech, providing state‑of‑the‑art banking solutions and services to local and multinational banks worldwide. They offer modular and integrated software solutions across core banking, anti‑money laundering, e‑banking, mobile banking, and payment systems.
The Senior Solutions Consultant – Core Banking Solutions will discover requirements and identify product functionality by utilizing product, technical, and industry knowledge to develop and recommend comprehensive solutions for banking clients. This includes covering all pre‑sales services to current and prospective clients, distributors, and partners, facilitating and enabling sales, deployment, and support of the client’s products and services through effective teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre‑sales phase by introducing the client’s core banking system and BaaS solution offering through preparing artifacts and collateral, product demonstrations with prospective and current customers on functionality, performance, system architecture, system requirements, and best practices.
- Partner with the sales team to deeply understand customer needs and recommend tailored, efficient solutions as a trusted advisor to the client.
- Manage client inquiries such as RFPs and RFIs, delivering comprehensive and technical product details to facilitate the sales process.
- Demonstrate strong customer focus and the acumen to cultivate and build lasting customer relationships; present and contribute as an expert in customer calls and events, as required, to promote our client’s products and services.
- Provide ongoing insight into digital and on‑premise core banking solutions market trends, including functional and technical evolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8‑10 years of professional experience in complex banking solutions sales and/or pre‑sales.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Core Banking Solutions, with a strong focus on AML, performing pre‑sales or solutions consulting functions with banks as principal customers.
- Demonstrated technical and business expertise in banking software and financial services, including Core Banking, AML, e‑Banking, Mobile Banking, and Payments, delivered across on‑premise and, preferably, also on SaaS/BaaS models.
- Ability to build understanding and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Appreciation and understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology.
- Work is performed in a general or home office environment; must be comfortable traveling to customer sites.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
