Hybrid London (3 days/week)
Up to £100,000 + 25% Bonus
We’re hiring a Data / Analytics Engineering Manager to lead and grow an analytics engineering function within a high-performing digital advertising business. This is a senior, hands‑on role with real influence over data strategy, tooling, and delivery.

- Lead and mentor a team of Analytics Engineers
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in London
- Up to £100,000 base + 25% bonus
- 40 days per year working from anywhere in the world
- Lead delivery of scalable ELT pipelines and data models
- Ensure high‑quality, trusted advertising and campaign performance data
- Partner with product, engineering, commercial, and finance teams
- Set standards for data quality, testing, and documentation
- Stay hands‑on with critical design and technical decisions
- Strong experience in analytics/data engineering
, including team leadership - Expert SQL and strong Python skills
- Hands‑on dbt and cloud data warehouse experience (e.g. Big Query)
- Experience working with digital advertising data
- Proven ability to own roadmaps and influence stakeholders
