About the OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to join a busy AV / IT support desk. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin or advance their career within IT support. You will be part of a friendly, collaborative team, providing remote technical assistance while gaining hands‑on experience with a range of digital media technologies.
Comprehensive training will be provided on bespoke hardware, software configurations, processes and troubleshooting techniques.
Roles and Responsibilities- Act as a first point of contact for client support calls and tickets
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to AV / IT equipment
- Resolve incidents efficiently and elevate where necessary
- Identify root causes and maintain accurate documentation within the ticketing system
- Work within established processes, ensuring high standards of quality and service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients across written and verbal channels
- Support continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving
- Must have B2+ Language skills in Dutch or French
- A passion for digital technology and a strong interest in developing an IT career
- Knowledge of PC hardware configuration and Windows operating systems (XP–7 minimum)
- Awareness of remote support desk environments
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach
- Friendly, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous helpdesk experience is beneficial but not essential — ideal for first‑line IT starters
