Position: IT Service Desk Analyst - 24/7 Global Support (Remote)
Location: Greater London

A leading law firm is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st line IT support for internal staff. This role involves handling IT-related queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high-quality customer support experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills, a minimum of 12 months of help desk experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Flexible working hours are required, with potential for remote shifts in the evening.
