Location: Willenhall
A well-established SaaS vendor in the UK is seeking a Head of Support to manage their customer-facing application support teams. In this permanent remote role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day BAU support operations and reshaping the support function to better meet customer needs. Strong experience in running support teams, expertise in SaaS, and knowledge of Service Now are essential for success in this position.
Competitive salary between £90-110K offered.
