We are looking to hire a Senior Security Engineer (Privacy + Compliance) to join our team. You will work with our clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation – you will integrate directly into a client’s team and collaborate daily with their existing designers and engineers.
• Design & Build – you will work on a Full Stack product team to create and deliver a product to our clients.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Security Engineer or a similar role.
• Strong command of English.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.
• Hands‑on experience with COPPA compliance and children’s data privacy initiatives.
• Deep background in secure data handling, audit readiness, and privacy‑by‑design principles.
• Experience designing or supporting content moderation systems, safety mechanisms, and risk controls.
• Prior experience with regulated or high‑trust consumer products is strongly preferred.
• Ability to tackle complex issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• Positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Extreme ownership of your work and the ability to meet shared expectations.
• Alignment with the goals of Full Stack’s clients and dedication to delivering on commitments.
• Consistent availability for 40 hours per week.
