We are looking to hire a Senior Security Engineer (Privacy + Compliance) to join our team. You will work with our clients in one of two ways:
- Team Augmentation – you will integrate directly into a client’s team and collaborate daily with their existing designers and engineers.
- Design & Build – you will work on a Full Stack product team to create and deliver a product to our clients.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Security Engineer or a similar role.
- Strong command of English.
- Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.
- Hands‑on experience with COPPA compliance and children’s data privacy initiatives.
- Deep background in secure data handling, audit readiness, and privacy‑by‑design principles.
- Experience designing or supporting content moderation systems, safety mechanisms, and risk controls.
- Prior experience with regulated or high‑trust consumer products is strongly preferred.
- Ability to tackle complex issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- Positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
- Extreme ownership of your work and the ability to meet shared expectations.
- Alignment with the goals of Full Stack’s clients and dedication to delivering on commitments.
