• Manage large packaged and custom projects from time of sale until project completion
• Facilitate kickoff calls, status reporting, and other project-related meetings
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables from inception to execution
• Document requirements and ensure timely change requests are submitted
• Collaborate with various teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services leadership, to keep all stakeholders informed

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical or communications field, or equivalent experience;
  Project Management related degree is a strong plus
• PMP, Prince2, or similar PMI certification
• 5+ years of full-time project management experience in software or IT companies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet

• Experience in Cyber Security Project Management
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce
• Experience using Professional Services Automation tools such as Certinia
• Knowledge of Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively
