Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making and business performance. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive organizational success.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets
• Design and develop statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business strategy and operational improvements
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams to define data requirements and deliver insights
• Validate models and ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of analytical solutions
• Support data automation and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings clearly and consistently
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards

• Must currently reside in the United States
• Must possess a valid government-issued  (e.g., U.S. Passport, Drivers License, or State )
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning techniques, and data modeling best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience working in a cloud-based environment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop
• Experience deploying models into production environments
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards
