Sales Manager (Technical) - Embedded Software

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Technical) to join our expanding embedded software company, which works extensively with leading clients across semiconductor, automotive, and medical industries. The role is responsible for providing technical and commercial support for clients/customers, demoing products, negotiating, attending trade fairs, and developing long‑term relationships. Requirements include strong technical background in embedded software, a technical degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.),

and experience in technical sales. Remote work is possible for candidates in California, Texas or Arizona; otherwise the position is based in Vancouver, Washington. The compensation is approximately $220k–$260k OTE, with potential flexibility for higher cost locations such as California.

• Strong technical background in embedded software
• Technical degree such as Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in sales/technical sales with embedded systems; debugging and trace tools knowledge ideal
• 10‑20 years of relevant experience preferred

Budgets are roughly between $220k–$260k OTE. Remote work options in California, Texas or Arizona are available.
