BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM-IT Architect to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and possibly 3 days remote.

• Architecture & Design
  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture for SAP BRIM and SAP S/4
    
    HANA environments.
  • Establish standards for integration, security, and performance optimization.
• Solution Implementation
  • Oversee configuration and customization of SAP BRIM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure minimal customization by leveraging SAP best practices.
• Integration & Data Management
  • Design integration patterns using SAP BTP, CPI, and Applied connectivity.
  • Collaborate with data teams for migration strategies and deltaload planning.
• Security & Compliance
  • Ensure architecture meets PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security standards.
  • Implement encryption, tokenization, and secure payment flows.
• Governance & Documentation
  • Maintain architecture diagrams, interface catalogs, and audit ready documentation.
  • Document features, user stories, and technical specifications in Microsoft ADO or JIRA.
• Collaboration & Leadership
  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements.
  • Mentor technical teams on architecture principles and best practices.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT architecture roles, including 3+ years with SAP landscapes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC) and SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Expertise in SAP BTP, CPI, and integration technologies (OData, IDoc, RFC).
• Strong knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and secure payment integrations.
• Experience with large-scale data migration and performance optimization.

• SAP BRIM and S/4
  
  HANA certifications highly desirable.
• Experience with hybrid Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or JIRA for documentation and workflow.
• Experience with Service Now for post go-live support.
• Knowledge of mediation systems for usage capture and rating integrations.
