We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups, and we're looking to bring on a client-focused SEO Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts to help us propel our growth.

Requirements- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level SEO or digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
- Extremely comfortable with technology – you love data and are great with numbers.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting results and recommendations to clients.
- Preferred:
Willingness to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Provide the best possible experience for clients, managing and growing your own book of business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of SEO clients.
- Retain and build relationships with clients, delivering highly analytical reporting of campaign performance and developing strategy where needed.
- Continuously stay updated on the latest SEO trends, updates, and Google algorithm changes to provide actionable, high‑value recommendations.
- Improve workflow and processes to streamline operations and client satisfaction.
- Create upsell and cross‑sell proposals for existing clients.
- Onboard new clients assigned by the sales team.
