Position: Operational Readiness Analyst (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop, maintain, and execute operational readiness plans and checklists to ensure successful project rollout
  • Lead readiness assessments to confirm completion of processes, documentation, and systems prior to go-live
  • Collaborate with operations, business units, and project teams to align deliverables and expectations
  • Identify operational risks and gaps, recommending and tracking mitigation actions
  • Ensure all operational documentation is complete, accurate, and transferred to operational teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Technical work in Application Development, Server Administration, Information Security, or Engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Technical work in Application Development, Server Administration, Information Security, or Engineering
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, change management, and service introduction principles
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and risk-assessment skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, engineering, project management, or related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, commissioning, or process improvement within complex environments
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Industry-specific certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, PMP)
