What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new business and accounts of 3,000+ employees
  • Deliver accurate weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasts based on pipeline inspection and MEDDPICC qualification
  • Build and execute scalable outbound and inbound pipeline generation strategies in collaboration with Sales Development and Marketing
  • Instill a culture of MEDDPICC mastery and coach team members on strategic selling and negotiation
  • Act as a connector between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 10+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in the cybersecurity, identity & access management, or password management space
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the needs of CISOs and IT teams
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC as a coaching and execution discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence

  • Personal or professional familiarity with 1

    Password or similar security tools
  • Strong network in the security space with experience selling to Fortune 500 organizations
  • Experience in driving revenue growth in high‑velocity and complex sales environments
