- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new business and accounts of 3,000+ employees
- Deliver accurate weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasts based on pipeline inspection and MEDDPICC qualification
- Build and execute scalable outbound and inbound pipeline generation strategies in collaboration with Sales Development and Marketing
- Instill a culture of MEDDPICC mastery and coach team members on strategic selling and negotiation
- Act as a connector between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment and feedback
- Minimum of 10+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in the cybersecurity, identity & access management, or password management space
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the needs of CISOs and IT teams
- Expertise in MEDDPICC as a coaching and execution discipline
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
- Personal or professional familiarity with 1
Password or similar security tools - Strong network in the security space with experience selling to Fortune 500 organizations
- Experience in driving revenue growth in high‑velocity and complex sales environments
