Technical Virtual Trainer

Our client, a leader in the telecommunications and networking industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Virtual Trainer to join their team. As a Technical Virtual Trainer, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting the technical training initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for teaching, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Virtual Trainer

Location: Remote

• Deliver engaging and effective virtual training sessions on telecommunications and networking concepts.
• Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting during live training sessions to ensure seamless learning experiences.
• Interpret and explain complex industry standards, protocols, and procedures to diverse audiences.
• Prepare and familiarize yourself with new training materials to ensure successful delivery in virtual environments.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

• Proven experience in virtual facilitation and delivering remote training programs.
• Strong background in technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Deep understanding of telecommunications and network systems, standards, and terminology.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace.
• Ability to work consistently within the scheduled hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
