Remarque Systems is looking for a Customer Data Integration Specialist to join our Clinical Technologies team.

** What You'll Be Doing
*** The CDIS will be responsible for supporting customers in the setup of the Remarque System
* Responsible for working with product specialists to identifying client data and data sources for intake into the RSP
* Assist with recognizing study risks and helps evaluate risk profiles with customer
* Actively work to support our customer base for all integration needs
* Carry out client engagement, study setup, system design, and development as required by the company
* Assist Product Support in monitoring and handling support requests
* Provides feedback to the development team on the RSP, especially the data ingest toolsets
* Provides interaction with customer in a manner that supports the company’s culture, mission and values.
** What We Are Searching For:
*** Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or similar field
* 5+ years’ experience working with clinical data information technology and trial execution, including but not limited to experience with clinical trial protocol development, study risk analysis, data management, and trial monitoring
* Understanding of SQL required to enable building of custom metrics where needed
* Demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology quickly, proficiency with general computer hardware and software
* A disciplined self-starter an excellent team player, collaborative and able to encourage effectiveness and efficiency
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
* Is customer service focused in approach to work both internally and externally
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Remarque is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The minimum annualized starting base pay for this role is 161,000 PLN. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
