NOTE:

SUMMARY The Solutions Architect evaluates business needs and designs technical solutions that align with technology standards, including security, hardware, software, networks, and systems. The role translates requirements into scalable, secure, and highly available systems, collaborating with IT Engineering, Security, Operations, and Application teams to ensure solutions meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include system planning, integration, rollout support, infrastructure monitoring, and budget planning.
Acts as a bridge between IT and business teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of technology solutions. Work Arrangement:
This position offers the flexibility to work from home. However, employees may be required to complete training or attend business-related meetings on-site. Candidates must reside in one of the following states:
Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, or South Carolina. REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field and 4+ years of relevant work experience. OR 7 years of relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s Degree. PMP or ITIL Certification is preferred. Remote work available; work hours are Eastern Time Zone. This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence.
