Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you’ll own the end‑to‑end design process—from discovery research and user flows to polished UI. You’ll translate complex insurance workflows into simple, elegant experiences, champion user needs, and ensure scalability through design systems.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Resident in the UK
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
  • High proficiency in Figma
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, UX flows, and visual design skills
  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise products (insurance/fintech a bonus)
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Strong communication skills for cross‑team collaboration
  • Comfortable switching between product strategy and detailed design execution
