• Analyze and modify queries and reports to support clinical IT and departments
• Provide Help Desk services and documentation for troubleshooting report-related issues
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems for effective operations

• 3+ years of experience working with MSSQL Server
• 3+ years of experience developing SQL Queries using Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and above
• 3+ years of experience designing, writing, and maintaining Epic Analytics reports and dashboards
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) from an accredited four‑year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Current Epic Cogito Analytics certifications
• Familiarity with Caboodle Data Model and Clarity Data Model
• Experience with Slicer Dicer
• Demonstrated project estimation experience
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
