In this key role, you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the business needs of the organization. - Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that align with best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including integrations with external systems and custom development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce administrators and project teams.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce platform governance and integration strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce App Exchange solutions to enhance platform functionality.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation and design standards.
- Stay current with new Salesforce features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system optimization.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with regulatory and security requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and system integration.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, and development (Apex, Visualforce, etc.).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Strong background with integration tools and APIs (REST, SOAP, Mule Soft, etc.).
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred.
- Experience with Dev Ops processes and CI/CD in a Salesforce environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
