We are a Houston based Cloud and Managed Services provider helping businesses modernize their IT through secure networks, cloud solutions, and reliable support. The team works in a fast paced, customer focused environment that values hands on engineering, collaboration, and continuous learning.

We are hiring an System Administrator (MSP) with solid networking skills who is comfortable configuring and troubleshooting firewalls. This role blends escalation level support with light project work, making it a great fit for a Level 2 engineer who enjoys working across Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and network infrastructure.

• Handle escalated support issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and server environments
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sonic Wall firewalls, VPNs, and network connectivity
• Support WAN and LAN environments including routing, switching, DHCP, and DNS
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365
• Support VMware environments and virtualized servers
• Perform hands on support for desktops, printers, and end user devices
• Assist with small projects including upgrades, refreshes, and modernization efforts
• Implement and support remote access technologies such as VPN and Terminal Services
• Document work clearly and provide professional client communication

• Strong networking fundamentals with hands on firewall configuration experience
• Comfort working with Sonic Wall or similar firewall platforms
• Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Exposure to virtualization, backups, and security tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer first mindset
• Clear communication and solid documentation habits

• $60k to $70k salary
