• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support the needs of Epic software
• Analyze and document system requirements and specifications, including user experience evaluations
• Configure changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and resolve end‑user issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem‑solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex problems

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to use critical thinking for assigned tasks
• Strong organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities

• 3 years of experience ‪in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
