Epic Systems Analyst - Ambulatory and Link

• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software applications
• Analyze system requirements and document workflow analysis while evaluating user experience
• Configure changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and resolve end-user issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently, providing timely updates to stakeholders
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of employment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills in managing priorities

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
