• Assist users with support requests and information related to the ERP application
• Develop test cases and validate vendor patches or upgrades to the ERP environment
• Create process and technical documentation, including user guides and policies
• Participate in project teams associated with the ERP system or related data
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal clients at all levels

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and training may be considered
• Strong customer service approach to interactions with internal clients
• Proficiency in developing training materials and instructional procedures
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in a professional services environment
• Familiarity with various ERP applications and financial reporting systems
• Proven ability to develop and implement training programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
