Epic Systems Analyst - Ambulatory and Link

• Configure, roll out, and support the Epic application(s) to meet user needs
• Analyze system requirements and document workflow analysis while evaluating user experience
• Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of Epic and resolve system issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues

• Minimum of 3 years of Biotechnology administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles
