Senior Product Manager

• Develop a holistic product vision and strategy to drive maximum value for the company
• Represent the product in governance meetings and communicate priorities to various stakeholders
• Own and manage the product backlog, regularly updating and prioritizing it based on team input
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members on product vision and strategic road mapping
• Identify asset improvement opportunities using metrics and qualitative input

• Minimum of 5 years of product experience
• At least 5 years of experience with the Software Lifecycle
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced domain experience
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong business acumen for P&Ls and effective communication skills

• 3 years of experience with agile processes
