Principal Product Manager, Agentic Offensive Security

Hacker One seeks a hands-on, mission-driven Product Manager to lead the development of our Agentic Offensive Security product line with advanced offensive security testing leveraging GenAI via LLM. As a leader in the PTaaS market, Hacker One provides high-quality vulnerability findings often missed by traditional pen testing with measurable risk reduction, best-in-class time-to-value, and platform-based value with our Bug Bounty product line.

This role helps scale and build out disruptive offerings within the high-value PTaaS cybersecurity space.

We embrace a flexible work approach, enabling remote work while maintaining productivity and collaboration. We are seeking candidates located in Seattle, WA;
San Francisco Bay Area;
Austin, TX;
Boston; or Washington, DC and surrounding areas to facilitate occasional in-person interactions. While primarily remote, there will be periodic in-person requirements to support collaboration and strengthen our team culture.

• Lead Hacker One development of our Pentest as a Service (PTaaS) product line strategy and roadmap, applying advanced offensive security testing leveraging GenAI via LLM in partnership with Design & Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with customers across Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to discern customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership on PTaaS offerings.
• Evangelize the value of Hacker One s PTaaS offerings as a subject matter expert via customer and prospect calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation and position Hacker One as a market leader.

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech/SaaS companies.
• Demonstrated experience shaping organization-wide AI adoption and strategy, including re-architecting products, systems, and workflows to embed AI into how teams design, build, and operate at scale.
• Proven track record of developing products/platforms in high-growth businesses involving cross-functional collaboration and leadership across R&D and go-to-market functions.
• Experience leading product development in cloud services and/or enterprise SaaS.
