• Assist users with support requests and information related to the ERP application
• Calculate test cases based on enhancements from vendors or internal changes
• Validate vendor patches and/or upgrades to the ERP environment
• Develop training materials and user guides for various software applications
• Participate in project teams related to the ERP system and communicate effectively with internal clients

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience and training may be considered

• Experience in application leadership and customer service interactions
• Familiarity with technical documentation and process enhancement
