ERP Analyst; Remote

• Assist users with support requests and information regarding the ERP application
• Calculate test cases based on enhancements from vendors or internal changes
• Validate vendor patches and/or upgrades to the environment
• Develop training materials and select appropriate instructional methods
• Create process and technical documentation for existing and new processes

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree

• Experience in a collaborative IT environment
• Familiarity with various software applications for training and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with internal clients at all levels
