- Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers
- Prepare training materials and develop course content tailored to meet company and customer objectives
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure training effectiveness
Revise lesson plans to align with new training requirements and keep technical information updated - Collaborate with trainers possessing technical expertise to enhance training delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in medical device training and education
- Strong background in change management, particularly with complex platforms or systems
- Ability to work independently and maintain effective communication
- Willingness to travel over 50% of the time for training and collaboration
- 5+ years of experience in medical device training and education
- Familiarity with Allego and/or Articulate 360
- Experience with complex device systems, ideally in robotics or similar platforms
- Preference for candidates residing near a Medtronic site
