- Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues
- Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
- Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience (2 years)
- Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks at basic to moderate complexity
- 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles
- Strong critical thinking skills for assigned tasks
