• Conduct internal and customer audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy
• Develop project plans for audit and assessment requirements, ensuring timely completion with minimal supervision
• Identify and resolve risks and issues related to security compliance
• Liaise with internal teams and third‑party auditors to gather necessary documentation and evidence for assessments
• Recommend process improvements and coordinate remediation efforts for compliance gaps

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies
• IT or Security experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• US Citizenship required and ability to travel 25%

• Progress toward CISA or CIPP certification
• Experience in development, QA, or system administration
• Familiarity with compliance standards like PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST
