ERP Analyst; Remote

• Assist users with support requests and calculate test cases for enhancements
• Validate vendor patches and/or upgrades to the ERP environment
• Develop training materials and select appropriate instructional methods
• Create process and technical documentation for existing and new processes
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal clients

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree

• Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm
• Familiarity with various ERP applications and financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
