• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of prior enterprise industry experience.
• Experience with enterprise SAN/NAS technologies.
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, certificates, etc.).
• Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Windows environments.
• Experience in multi‑site data centre operations including hands‑on server support.
• Current relevant certification in support technology.
