• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to gather requirements and develop quality business solutions
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, engaging in roles such as Scrum Master or Business Technical Analyst
• Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impact
• Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
• Document project status and assist in enabling vendor solutions

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively prioritize tasks

• 1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
• 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
